  6. Siapkan bahan isian.haluskan bawang merah,bawang putih,kemiri,lada&garam.lalu tumis bumbu halus,serai geprek,daun salam&daun jeruk sampai harum.tambahkan air&santan,masukkan suwiran ayam.masak sampai kering ya ayamnya.tes rasa.
  7. Siapkan daun pisang yg sudah dijemur/dikukus,olesi dg minyak sayur tipis².bulatkan nasi ketan,ditekan² smp nempel y nasi ketan nya.lalu kasih isian,bungkus sematkan lidi.bakar diatas Teflon sampai daun layu..
